Take your game to the next level with IBA’s BRAND NEW Coach Trey's Winter I Training Program — a brand-new 7-week training program built specifically for players at this important stage of their development.

Led by IBA President Trey Frahler, former Wheaton College & New Trier High School pitching coach, alongside an experienced IBA coach, players will receive high-level instruction in three key areas of the game: pitching, defense, and hitting.

Each week will feature focused skill development, competitive drills, and plenty of repetitions, with an emphasis on improving mechanics, building confidence, and helping players become more complete baseball players.
